Rubber conveyor belts with
transverse scrapers and velkanta

Conveyor belts with transverse scrapers and velkanta are generally intended for the high-capacity transport of products over short distances.

The support belts on which the scrapers and velkanta are applied can be of general use or “Cross rigid” type. As a general rule, cross scraps and velkanta are applied on “Cross rigid” conveyor belts. “Cross rigid” belts arebelts that have one or two XE monofilament inserts inside in addition to the base insert.

These inserts provide longitudinal flexibility and transverse rigidity.

• Available rake height: h = 15 mm, h = 30 mm, h = 55 mm, h = 75 mm,
• The rakes may be laid out in one, two or several rows.
• The sidewall may be:
  • fan type h = 40 mm, h = 60 mm, h = 80 mm,
  • with square section h = maximum 25 mm.
