Rubber coating of wheels, drums and plates
We perform rubber coating operations for drive drums of conveyor belts, wheels, tubs and metal plates.
The rubber coating operations are performed both within the company and on site (at the customer) where the working conditions are met.
The stages preceding the rubber coating operations are:
- Mechanical cleaning of metal surfaces by turning, polishing
- Sandblasting of metal surfaces and their degreasing
- Application of rubber plates using specific materials, tools and methods
The choice of the rubber type is based on the information provided by the beneficiary, regarding:
- field of use,
- type of stresses
- contact materials
- or based on written specifications given by the customer.
